Mr. Dean brings unique experience to semi professional football. Having started as an athlete in 2000, and transitioning to coaching and ownership he grew to appreciate the nature of a semi pro athlete, one full of love and respect for the game as well as an inate desire to over- achieve and "make it" to the next level.

His role is primarily to develop the overall strategy for the direction of the company with the Board of Directors and work directly with the Officers in execution.

Mr Dean currently works in international sales for MasterCard Worldwide'sTowerGroup, a global management consulting firm in financial services. Possessing over 20 years of business experience in sales and operations he brings executive experience to implement sound business principles and strategies to think outside the box and evolve the business model of the Dallas Knights from a simple football organization to the mentoring and football performance organization it has become today.

Mr. Dean also serves on the Board of Directors for (LaDainian) Tomlinson's Touching Lives Foundation in Fort Worth Texas working with community leaders throughout Texas and the United States to enhance the lives of disadvantaged youth and families through various programs.
